Bob Kerstein is a leading edge technology entrepreneur, internet survivor and communications industry veteran with more than 25 years of business experience.  Mr. Kerstein is the C.E.O. of Scripophily.com L.L.C and Old Company Research.com.  He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1978 and has worked as a Chief Financial Officer and in other capacities for both Public and non Publicly held companies. Kerstein has more than 25 years experience in the communications and entertainment industries including Collectibles, Scripophily, Cellular, Satellite Communications, Internet Development, Cable TV, Motion Pictures and Professional Sports. 

Bob is the founder of Encyberpedia an award winning Internet reference informational website, Sick.com a medical reference site turned into satire egreetingcards, Happytrails.com an Internet search engine site, Voltage.com a web site development and hosting site, Cams2000.com (formally Windows2000.com) a popular and award winning Web Cam Site, Y5B an award winning satire site about the year 5 Billion and September112001.com. He also founded Womb.com - Pregnancy Information Site, StreetMap.com - Worldwide Map Resources, Spacestation.com - Information about the International Spacestation, Twisters.com - Weather Information, Capitals.com - Information about capitals around the world and Yule.com - Christmas Holiday Information, OldStockExchange.com and other Internet portal informational Sites. 

Mr. Kerstein is also one of the founders in 1995 of Angel Technologies (formally Broadband.com) and is serving as a Board Member. Previous senior positions held by Kerstein include Senior Vice President and Cellular Chief Financial Officer at McCaw Cellular Corporation (Now AT&T Wireless), Chief Financial Officer at American Mobile Satellite Corporation , Chief Financial Officer at Falcon Cable TV  Director of Financial Reporting at Warner Brothers and Chief Information Officer and founder of Orcabay.com at Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment (owners of the NHL's Vancouver Canucks and NBA's Vancouver Grizzlies).

Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and started his career at Arthur Young (now Ernst and Young) in their Beverly Hills Office after graduating from California State University Long Beach in 1976.  Bob is also a  Member of the International Bond and Share Society, the Washington Historical and Autograph Certificate Organization and a co founder of the Professional Scripophily Dealers Association..

He and his wife Susana, own the Historic Monte Cristo Gold Mine in the Angeles National Forest and Monte Cristo Antiques in Falls Church, Virginia.
